With over 11 years of experience in the sports marketing industry, Carley Sanfilippo is a dynamic leader, event strategist, and relationship-builder. After spending over a decade as Vice President at Team Lammi, Carley developed a reputation for her unparalleled expertise in event planning, athlete foundation management, media production, and sports marketing. During her tenure, she built and led the company’s events division, planning and executing a diverse array of high-profile events and initiatives that engaged top-tier athletes, sponsors, and nonprofit organizations.

Carley’s leadership was instrumental in the growth of Team Lammi, where she fostered a collaborative team culture, created lasting partnerships, and managed a portfolio of elite talent. Outside of her professional life, Carley is a devoted mother to two children, Olivia (10) and Bryson (12 months). She is incredibly family-oriented and her and her significant other, Josh, recently moved into their first home, where she enjoys hosting gatherings for her friends and family. Her passion for bringing people together and creating memorable experiences carries over into her personal life, where she continues to prioritize connection, love, and joy in everything she does.
